Yoga can be practiced anywhere in the world. The important part is creating a space for it. Being a traveling teacher leaves me in the hands of the students and their place of practice. Whether it be at a studio, livingroom, garage, in the park, office floor, the beach, community center, temple grounds, it’s all about making it sacred. Wherever you feel comfortable and at peace is where the teachings begin. This place then becomes your sacred space for yoga.
